CAPTAIN BUCKO FASTEST QUALIFIER IN - LONE STAR PAINT & APPALOOSA FUTURITY TRIALS

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas (October 20, 2011) – Captain Bucko, owned by Racin RNS and trained by Luis Villafranco, was the fastest qualifier among 26 starters in the Lone Star Paint & Appaloosa Futurity trials over a fast track Thursday night at Lone Star Park. With Adalberto Candanosa in the irons, the bay son of Cartel Success completed the 350 yards distance in 17.456 earning a speed index of 99. The Grade 1, $58,700 Lone Star Paint & Appaloosa Futurity will be run on Friday, November 4.
