Is Fastest Hialeah Laddie Futurity Qualifier

Bachman's Count The Menace won the third of five Hialeah Laddie
Futurity trials on Sunday and is the fastest qualifier for the
December 26 final at Hialeah Park.
Ridden by Brian Theriot for
trainer Charlton Hunt, Count The Menace made his 400-yard trip in
:19.510 while defeating third-fastest qualifier Mo Zoomo by a half
of a length. The homebred gelding by Executive Menace was scoring
his third victory in eight starts.
Count The Menace was coming off of
a third-place finish in the 350-yard, $130,000 Jim Bader Futurity
(R) for Iowa-breds at Prairie Meadows on October 1. The gelding has
earned $43,370.
Second-fastest qualifier Lil
Shorta Cash won the fifth trial by a head from fourth-fastest
qualifier TF First Pick. A colt by Panther Mountain racing for
Rodney Layne Harmon and trained by Brian Muse, Lil Shorta Cash has
banked $23,081 from 10 outs.
