TQHA Yearling Sale to be Held July 29-30 in San Antonio - San Antonio, TX - April 29, 2011 - The 2011 TQHA Yearling Sale will be held July 29 and 30th in San Antonio.

The event will be held at a new venue, the Exposition Hall at The Freeman. The air-conditioned facility includes all-new adjacent permanent barns with controlled access to the sale arena. Services include dining, Internet Wi-Fi, immediate adjacent paved parking and exhibit space. The facility is convenient to the San Antonio airport and is approximately 15 minutes away from Retama Park. The sale will also have AQHA On-Site services available.

The sale consignment deadline for entries to be in the office (not postmarked) is May 2nd. The consignment fee is $600.

All horses must be accredited Texas-Bred racing stock and the consigner must be a current TQHA Member. All yearlings that pass through the sale ring will be eligible for the $100,000-added TQHA Sale Futurity (RG2). The 2010 running's purse is estimated at $400,000.
