Les Bois Park operators buy out partner

Oct. 28, 2011 - Les Bois Park Racing — a partnership of Idaho-based investors Jim Grigsby, Harry Bettis, Linda Yanke and Larry Williams — will now own 100 percent of Treasure Valley Racing LLC, which holds the lease at Les Bois Park. Previously, Les Bois Park Racing and Alabama Idaho each owned 50 percent of Treasure Valley Racing.

The purchase will be complete Nov. 15. “We are currently in final preparations to expand the number of race days in 2012 and are looking at various alternatives to improve the overall experience for our customers and racing fans,” Grigsby said. This summer, the Ada County track hosted its first live horseracing meet since 2008.
