releases stallion fees for 2012
Guthrie, OK - Nov. 10, 2011 - The ranch will stand 11 stallions, lead by
17-year-old Corona Cartel, the sport’s No. 2 leading living sire with foal
earnings of more than $35.8 million. Also standing are No. 1 freshman sire
Valiant Hero, who from his first crop has sired 21 winners from 54 starters and
earners of more than $1.1 million. Freshman sires Tac It Like A Man and Volcom
are also in the top 5.
“The Lazy E Ranch is known for its stallion roster, headlined by top leading
sires of money earners and three of the top-5 freshman sires in 2011,” the ranch
said in a release. “With the addition of Louisiana Senator, the lineup is as
strong and versatile as ever. This two-time 2011 Grade 1 stakes winner will
enter stud in 2012 following his appearance in the Grade 1 Champion of Champions
