Lamberti replaces Paul Hayes of Urbandale, while Heinrich succeeds Kate Cutler of Council Bluffs. Both will serve three-year terms beginning May 1 that are subject to Iowa Senate confirmation.
Lamberti is a lawyer and president and lead investor of The Iowa Barnstormers and shareholder and principal of Riverside Partners Inc. He is president of the law firm of Block, Lamberti, Gocke & Ahlman P.C.
Heinrich has a doctorate from the University of Kansas and is the current board president of the Union Pacific Railroad Museum in Council Bluffs, as well as a host of other community groups.
The five-member state gambling panel regulates Iowa’s commercial casinos and horse and dog tracks.
