Bachelor Blues to Hourigan Horse

Anthony, NM - Sept. 28, 2011 - Grade II winner Bachelor Blues will stand the
2012 breeding season at Chris and Tina Hourigan’s farm near Anthony, N.M. The
10-year-old son of champion sprinter Smoke Glacken out of the El Prado mare
Wedding Day Blues will stand for $1,200.
Bachelor Blues won the Summer Stakes (Can-IIT) and placed in four stakes
including the Black Gold Handicap on grass at Fair Grounds and the Toronto Cup
Handicap (Can-IIIT). During his career, he finished in the top three in 10 of 29
races and earned $353,019.
Bachelor Blues, who formerly stood at Signature Stallions in Florida, has sired
one winner from three starters.
