She Is A Fast Dash in Party Girl at Louisiana Downs

February 4, 2012 - The Henry Padgett-owned and -trained She Is A Fast Dash comes off a win against open distaffers to take on Louisiana-bred females when trying for her third-straight win in the $40,000 Party Girl Stakes over 350 yards on Saturday at Louisiana Downs.

She Is A Fast Dash (Heza Fast Dash-Style N Grace by Fishers Dash) surprised at 15-1 odds when she stepped up against open company to win the $20,000 Harrah’s Dash on January 7. She secured her first stakes win by a neck in :17.80 for the 350 yards.

The mare raced to a neck win over 220 yards at Evangeline Downs two starts ago. She got up at the wire to win with a :11.86 time at 16-1 odds.

Oscar Rohne’s La Mos Chingono (Heza Fast Dash-Rita Regenty by Gold Regent (TB)) faces female rivals for the first time in three starts and impressed against the boys in her latest start, the Louisiana Champions Day Classic (RG2). The Kenny Roberts-trained mare finished just a neck behind Louisiana Wrangler in the 440-yard race on December 10.

While winless last year, she placed in three stakes and has been on the board in 10 of 12 career starts.

Sergio Lozano’s Dash For Alexis (Dashin Bye-Kdwantsafastone by Mr Eye Opener) was the fifth-place runner in the Louisiana Champions Day Classic and won a 440-yard allowance race against state-bred males two starts ago.
